Statute: 52:27D-118.13

Each police officer employed under this act shall wear the uniform of the municipality that appointed him and shall wear a shoulder patch of a kind approved by the Director of the Division of Local Government Services, containing an insignia indicative of the State's support of the program. L. 1985, c. 170, s. 3, eff. May 23, 1985.
