Section: Partial unconstitutionality

Statute: 46:23-10

Whenever any map of lands situate in any city of this state that has or may have an atlas, or block map, upon which shall be plotted the lots or subdivision of lots of lands, is filed in the office of the county recording officer, or other officer, whose duty it is to record and file such maps, the person filing the same shall file a duplicate thereof, and the officer receiving such map shall indorse on such duplicate the time of recording and filing the original and deliver such duplicate to the officer of such city having charge of such city atlas or block map. This section shall have no application to maps filed by commissioners appointed to assess benefits derived from the construction of sewers, drains or other municipal improvements.
